Becoming Whole in the In-Between

I created this blog as a way to help those who may struggle with the same things I do—and let me say, it’s been quite a journey. As human beings, we’re conditioned to believe that perfection is what gets you somewhere. And while I may struggle with the thought of being perfect a lot of the time, I know that it’s not possible—not for me, and not for anyone.

Halfway is not a place of loss, but a quiet truth. Here lies the illusion of perfection as it softly fades, and where real beauty takes its shape. People don’t always realize that tendencies like people-pleasing and perfectionism can stem from some form of anxiety. It’s important to understand that while not everyone will recognize the causes behind these traits, what truly matters is knowing that they often mask a deeper vulnerability.

When we chase an idea that feels unrealistic or impossible, we’re often just soothing our anxiety. This comes from a place where we haven’t been seen or heard enough. That’s why we need to embrace our halfway point and set aside the criticism. Allow yourself to break free from the pressure, because real progress begins when you dare to remain human.
